Regarding the FDA notice about Librela
We want to share an important update about Librela (bedinvetmab), a medication used to help dogs manage osteoarthritis pain. The FDA has noted some additional potential side effects, but they’ve determined that Librela is still safe to use and remains available. That said, we understand this may raise concerns. If you’ve noticed any side effects in your dog or would like to pause treatment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to listen, answer any questions, and report any issues to the manufacturer. If you’d like to cancel an upcoming appointment for Librela, just let us know–we’re happy to help. Your pet’s well-being is always our top priority. You can see the FDA notice about Librela here. [link]
